Jewelry Care
All RKF Design jewelry is made with surgical stainless steel and it is nickel, lead, & cadmium free (hypoallergenic). Everything is tarnish resistant, however, please do not wear your jewelry in water, or use harsh chemicals. Store in a cool/dry place, out of direct sunlight. We use only Sculpey Premo or Souffle, along with Fimo or Cernit polymer clays.
Polymer clay is flexible and durable, however, should still be handled with care. Please do not bend the clay. Earrings should be stored in a cool, dry place, and out of the sun if they have a resin coating. When traveling, it is recommended to use a box or jewelry bag to protect them. RHF jewelry is tarnish-resistant but should not come in contact with water and/or chemicals such as perfume, as this can break down the gold plating.
Sales Policy
Earrings are final sale. If your earrings break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note: we do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t sell something that wasn’t up to our standards.
